What Do We Look For?

We only publish guest posts that are professional quality and the perfect fit for our blog. We try to give our readers content about management, project management and soft skills that is informative, inspiring, and educative.
We will respond directly if your post isn’t a fit. Thank you for your submission and best of luck to your business.

General Guidelines & Tips

  • Keep the post light with actionable items for people – easy to read chunks and bullet points always work well.
  • Words: 400-800 words
  • You can write in portuguese, english or spanish.
  • Include: a bio w/link to your site and a headshot in there as well and keywords for SEO.
  • Post must be unique and not published anywhere else.
  • We can assure you, that we carefully read every single submission that we receive. If your post has been accepted, we generally respond within 14 days.
  • You’re welcome to submit again with a different post after you’ve waited 14 days.

  • Please include a couple of photos in each article. Any relevant images for your post (please send as attachment files) with links to original source if you do not own the image rights.
  • Your brief bio (less than 120 words) with links to your site, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, pages. Please put any relevant links in brackets like this [http://facebook.com/pmauthority]
  • A headshot or photo of you you’d like us to use for you bio.
